The really good weather made sitting outside good. the provided database was impressive, with extensive information that greatly enhanced my experience.
The heat and noise from the garden made it difficult to sleep, as the room felt too small to escape the distractions effectively. It would have been perfect with a little more space to relax.

Lovely little hotel, our stay was thoroughly enjoyable.
Everything was very good, so were BEAUTIFUL views over the hills. Excellent and perfect location next to attractions we wanted to visit - a movie theater and a castle. Visiting nightclubs and restaurants next to the hotel was easy.

The location was marvellous and fab: a large supermarket and a supermarket where within walking distance. Moreover, the hotel was opposite a railroad station. All the stuff were very obliging, kind

I recently stayed for a couple of nights and was really impressed with the value for my money. The room was spacious, with a lovely canal view, and the staff were super friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home.
The food for breakfast could be served more promptly.

Really enjoyed that the hotel was pleasant and had perfect and positive staff with first rate customer service. The location was fab, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a medieval castle. There was a great restaurant not too far from the venue.

The location was perfect fo our needs and interior design refreshing - the staff were accomodating and friendly.
This is not a complaint just an observation that the floor boards are so creaky in room 8 - I felt sorry for the people in the room below as we walked around the room

The best part was the spacious shower with high-quality toiletries! 💦 The staff were super friendly, but the creaky floors made for a restless night. a lovely place near the canal and town.

Staff were helpful and the room was comfortable and the shower room clean and warm
The fact that breakfast costs extra. This is acceptable for those who like a cooked breakfast, but for a slice of toast and a cup of tea I was not willing to pay the price quoted

Handy for town. Bar area lovely, staff friendly. Nice location on side of canal.
The room was rather small. Bizarrely there were no towel rails!

I had the most wonderful Christmas stay! The hotel is right across from the train station, making it super convenient. Plus, I loved being just a stroll away from the canal and charming town. The staff were friendly and made us feel right at home. The rooms were cozy and, oh boy, the breakfast was delicious-it really set us up for our festive days out!
I did notice a few little things needing attention, like some maintenance in the room. There was a bit of road noise at night, which might bother light sleepers, so I'd suggest asking for a canal-facing room. a fab experience despite the minor hiccups!

The location is very handy for exploring Skipton, which is a pleasant stroll along the canal. I was a little concerned after reading some of these reviews, but the staff at check in and check out were perfectly pleasant. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again and would recommend it to friends.
